Founded in 2004, with the view to providing a comprehensive knowledge on apparel fashion and design, the department offers undergraduate program, nurtures its students on creativity, technical and industry ready skills, accordingly the curriculum is crafted to promote design thinking on clothing to meet the global standards. The department is well equipped with well infra facilities inclusive of modern sewing labs, pattern-making units, computer-aided design labs, and fashion studio to provide experiential learning. The faculty members are experienced and industry professionals committed to fostering innovation on clothing, garment construction, surface ornamentation, and sustainable fashion practices. To aggrandize students\u2019 exposure on divergent factors, regular industrial visits, workshops, guest lectures, alumni interactions, and fashion shows are part of vibrant academic culture, also the department accentuates research and publication, project proposals and industry collaborations.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Programme Offered” tab_id=”courses-offered”][vc_column_text]The programs are offered under the CBCS pattern, provided students with flexibility on selecting courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
