The course\u2019s curriculum consists of components of study such as corporate management practices, investment management, and economic legislation.<\/p>\n

The course has been designed to adequately prepare eligible candidates for job responsibilities such as conveying meetings, maintaining statutory record books, drafting and executing agreements, managing dividend and interest payments, contracts, and resolutions.
