The department offers BSc Psychology, MSc Applied Psychology, M.Sc. Clinical Psychology and Ph.D. Program. The curricula are structured with CBCS, emphasizing research, internships, and interdisciplinary features. The department houses well-equipped psychology laboratories, assessment room, and counselling cubicles, supported by advanced psychometric tools to facilitate hands-on training and experimentation. In teaching and learning, student-centric approach is followed that includes seminars, case discussions, field visits, and the innovative &#8216;Battalion&#8217; model to enhance experiential learning. Rathinam Global deemed to be University Mind Support, a campus-based psychological support centre, offers a safe space for students and staff to seek guidance on emotional and academic concerns. With a gradual time space, national and international seminars, guest lectures and workshops are conducted to enlighten the students on contemporary developments in psychology. The expo included various events like Psy Gallery, Brain Gym, Psychological Assessments, and Psycho Theatre. The total participants were 350 students and 50 faculty members. The program was recorded and broadcasted in Rathinavani 90.8 Community Radio Social Development Show.
